A sequel of Asleep – Ato 1
Asleep – Ato 2 is a premium single-player adventure game that continues the story of Ana Lúcia as she wakes up in a new place, although still disturbing. It is the sequel to its first installment, Asleep – Ato 1. However, the game is yet to be released.
To play Asleep—Ato 2, players must have the base game, Asleep—Ato 1. This sequel offers a new setting that Ana Lúcia is about to explore. This new environment seems much more peaceful, although it is also more creepy compared to the first game's location.
Traverse a peculiar village
Asleep – Ato 2 is still set in the Brazillian Northeast of the 1990s, just like the first game. Here, new locations are available for you to explore. These locations serve as hints in unraveling Ana Lúcia’s confusing story. At your disposal is still a flashlight, and the gameplay hasn’t changed that much from the first installment. However, you have a little girl as your guide this time.
In Asleep – Ato 1, Ana Lúcia is a girl who is lost in her nightmares and is forced into a disturbing reality. In this installment, the plot remains the same. You must traverse a village packed with mysteries. Here, your nightmares continue, and it’s up to you how you connect the dots about Ana’s life. With this, the gameplay also contains puzzle-solving elements.
Aside from a new location, this sequel offers new items that you can discover, like the cassette tape recordings, which can bring back some memories and provide clues. Players can also encounter five unique creatures in this episode and meet multiple new characters. However, the game’s story lacks clarity due to its abstract nature and can be a bit confusing to players.
Offers a new location and a new character
For players who have played Asleep – Ato 1, Asleep – Ato 2 is a must-try continuation. It operates almost the same as its predecessor, although it offers a new location that players can explore and a new character—the little girl, a guide to Ana. Here, players must still use the flashlight as their only weapon as they traverse a psychologically creepy world.
